Description

Tailwind Nutrition Endurance Fuel Sticks are single serve carbohydrate and electrolyte drink mix sachets designed to provide energy and hydration during endurance training and racing.

Each stick contains 2 servings. The powder dissolves easily in water to create a light tasting drink that can be used in bottles or hydration packs.

The formula combines carbohydrates and electrolytes in a single drink mix and contains no artificial colours or preservatives.

Non Caffeinated Flavours: Naked, Lemon, Mandarin Orange, Berry, Grape, Dauwaltermelon and Lime

Caffeinated Flavours: Raspberry Buzz, Tropical Buzz and Colorado Cola

Instructions

Hourly Dosage: Mix 2 scoops of Tailwind Endurance Fuel into the amount of water you plan to drink each hour. Repeat this for every hour of your workout.

Kilojoules Target: Aim for 837 to 1,255 kilojoules per hour, adjusting for your body size and exercise intensity. A single 2-scoop serving gives you exactly 837 kilojoules.

Caffeine Intake: Because this specific blend contains caffeine, avoid using it continuously for very long sessions. To manage your intake, try mixing it with non-caffeinated Tailwind.

When will my order be dispatched?


Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders received before 12pm on a business day are often dispatched the same day. Every order includes tracking, sent to you by email or SMS once it ships.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?


Standard shipping is $12.95, or free on orders over $120. Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Express is $16.95. Estimated delivery is 1 - 5 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas, including Tasmania and remote WA, can take longer.

Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Unused items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned for change of mind, with return postage at your cost. Note that opened nutrition, gels and electrolytes can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons. Full details are on our Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Contact us within 14 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply for major failures even after the 14 day window.

Can I collect my order instead?

Click and Collect is available in the Sydney area on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Email info@mileculture.com.au to arrange it.
