Mile Culture is an Australian owned online store. These terms govern your use of the site and any purchases you make from us.

2. Website Use

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could harm us or other users. We may update or restrict access to the site at any time.

3. Products & Pricing

We do our best to display products and prices accurately. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors and to change prices at any time. If we discover an error after you place an order we will contact you before processing it.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the products. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation email.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping page.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the carrier has delivered the order (or left it in accordance with delivery instructions).

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address details supplied by you, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Exchanges policy forms part of these terms.

In short: you have 30 days from delivery for most change of mind returns (unused, original condition, tags attached). You cover return postage on change of mind returns. We cover return postage on faulty or incorrect items. Certain products (opened nutrition, activated electronics, sale items, etc.) have additional restrictions see the full Returns policy.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ● We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss
• ● Our total liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the price paid for that product
• ● We are not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to follow product instructions or from misuse of products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
