Tailwind High Carb Fuel is a high carbohydrate drink mix combining dextrose, maltodextrin and fructose with electrolytes.

It is formulated as a smooth, easy mixing powder that provides a combination of simple sugars and complex carbohydrates in a drink format.

High Carb Fuel is designed for athletes looking for a higher carbohydrate option compared with standard endurance fuel.

Instructions

mix one packet with 16 to 24 ounces (475 to 710 ml) of water and sip it steadily over one hour during intense exercise

Start slow:Increase your carbohydrate intake gradually over several weeks to prevent stomach upset

Practice in training:Test the high-carb mix during your hard training sessions before using it on race day

When will my order be dispatched?


Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders received before 12pm on a business day are often dispatched the same day. Every order includes tracking, sent to you by email or SMS once it ships.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?


Standard shipping is $12.95, or free on orders over $120. Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Express is $16.95. Estimated delivery is 1 - 5 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas, including Tasmania and remote WA, can take longer.

International rates are calculated at checkout. Full details on our Shipping page.

Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Unused items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned for change of mind, with return postage at your cost. Note that opened nutrition, gels and electrolytes can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons. Full details are on our Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Contact us within 14 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply for major failures even after the 14 day window.

Can I collect my order instead?

Click and Collect is available in the Sydney area on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Email info@mileculture.com.au to arrange it.
