SIS GO Hydro is an electrolyte tablet for the bottle. High sodium to help you hold fluid, plus potassium, magnesium and calcium. About 7 to 9 calories. No carb load. Use it on easy days, in the heat, or next to your gels when the drink needs to be hydration only. Informed Sport tested.

Ingredients
citric acid, sorbitol, inulin, starch, natural flavourings, elderberry powder (2.3%), beetroot red for colour, and sucralose as a sweetener. It also includes essential electrolytes (37% comprising sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, calcium carbonate, potassium chloride, tricalcium phosphate, and magnesium carbonate) along with B vitamins (B1, B2, and B6).
