Description

SaltStick FastChews are chewable electrolyte tablets designed to provide a convenient source of electrolytes during training, racing and everyday activity.

The tablets contain a blend of electrolytes designed to reflect those lost through sweat and can be chewed with or without water.

FastChews have a quick dissolving texture, making them easy to carry and consume while exercising.

Instructions

How much to take: Take 2 tablets every 15 to 30 minutes (or every 30 minutes depending on intensity) during exercise or sweating.

Water intake: Chew the tablets completely before swallowing, and drink water as needed.

Daily limit: Do not exceed 50 tablets in a 24-hour period.

Conversion note: Approximately 4 FastChews equal the electrolyte content of 1 standard SaltStick Capsule.
