Description

Precision Fuel & Hydration PF 90 Flow Gel, affectionately known as the Jumbo Gel, is a larger format energy gel containing three servings of the PF 30 Gel in one resealable pouch.

Each pouch contains 90g of carbohydrate using a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio. It has a mild, neutral Original flavour and a resealable cap, allowing it to be consumed gradually during training and racing.

PF 90 contains no caffeine or electrolytes, is vegan and contains no artificial ingredients.

It is Informed Sport Certified.

Instructions

Open and consume in stages: Unscrew the resealable cap and squeeze the gel into your mouth in small, regular portions over the course of an hour or activity

FAQ’S

When will my order be dispatched?


Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders received before 12pm on a business day are often dispatched the same day. Every order includes tracking, sent to you by email or SMS once it ships.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?


Standard shipping is $12.95, or free on orders over $120. Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Express is $16.95. Estimated delivery is 1 - 5 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas, including Tasmania and remote WA, can take longer.

International rates are calculated at checkout. Full details on our Shipping page.

Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Unused items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned for change of mind, with return postage at your cost. Note that opened nutrition, gels and electrolytes can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons. Full details are on our Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Contact us within 14 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply for major failures even after the 14 day window.

Can I collect my order instead?

Click and Collect is available in the Sydney area on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Email info@mileculture.com.au to arrange it.
