Description

Precision Fuel & Hydration PH 1000 Electrolyte Tablets are low calorie effervescent hydration tablets with a mild citrus flavour.

When mixed as directed, PH 1000 provides 1,000mg of sodium per litre, along with potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Each tube contains 10 effervescent tablets, with one tablet designed to be dissolved in 500ml of water.

PH 1000 is gluten free, dairy free and vegan, and is independently batch tested for prohibited substances.

Instructions

Mix1 tablet with 500 mL of water. This is a highly concentrated sodium drink, so consumption should be tailored to your individual electrolyte requirements.Weather conditions, particularly heat and humidity, will play a significant role in determining how much you need to consume

When will my order be dispatched?


Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders received before 12pm on a business day are often dispatched the same day. Every order includes tracking, sent to you by email or SMS once it ships.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?


Standard shipping is $12.95, or free on orders over $120. Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Express is $16.95. Estimated delivery is 1 - 5 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas, including Tasmania and remote WA, can take longer.

Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Unused items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned for change of mind, with return postage at your cost. Note that opened nutrition, gels and electrolytes can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons. Full details are on our Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Contact us within 14 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply for major failures even after the 14 day window.

Can I collect my order instead?

Click and Collect is available in the Sydney area on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Email info@mileculture.com.au to arrange it.
