Precision Fuel & Hydration PF Carb Only Drink Mix is a versatile carbohydrate drink powder designed for endurance training and racing, allowing athletes to customise their carbohydrate intake to suit their individual fuelling needs.


Developed in collaboration with professional cycling team Lotto Dstny, the formula provides 15g of carbohydrate per scoop using a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio.


With a mild citrus flavour and no added electrolytes, it allows carbohydrate intake to be adjusted independently of hydration and sodium requirements.


The formula contains no artificial ingredients, is vegan friendly and comes in recyclable packaging. Each bag provides up to 60 servings, depending on the amount used per drink.

Instructions

mix 2 scoops of powder into 500ml of water (or 4 scoops per litre) and shake until dissolved

When will my order be dispatched?


Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders received before 12pm on a business day are often dispatched the same day. Every order includes tracking, sent to you by email or SMS once it ships.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?


Standard shipping is $12.95, or free on orders over $120. Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Express is $16.95. Estimated delivery is 1 - 5 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas, including Tasmania and remote WA, can take longer.

International rates are calculated at checkout. Full details on our Shipping page.

Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Unused items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned for change of mind, with return postage at your cost. Note that opened nutrition, gels and electrolytes can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons. Full details are on our Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Contact us within 14 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply for major failures even after the 14 day window.

Can I collect my order instead?

Click and Collect is available in the Sydney area on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Email info@mileculture.com.au to arrange it.
