Description

Naked flasks come in two sizes – 350 ml and 500 ml – and feature a soft, high-flow bite valve so you don’t lose a drop and a wide mouth cap for easy access and cleaning; and each bite valve has a dust cover for even better hygiene. Made from tough thermoplastic polyurethane (tpu), the flasks are bpa, phthalate and pvc free and are made from recyclable materials. They also feature a printed volume scale (in ml and oz) so you can monitor your fuel mix and consumption rate. Most importantly, they shrink in size as you use them to save space.

Flask Care

Before using, make sure to not cross thread cap while screwing on or over tighten cap. For best results, hand wash the flasks with mild detergent in warm water prior to using for the first and do the same thing before each use. Do not wash in dishwasher. It’s a good idea to occasionally lubricate the cap and flask threads with a small amount of Beeswax, Silicone or Glycerin based lubricants; be sure to wipe excess. When not in use keep cap loosely tightened on flask. If over time you notice your flask “yellowing” this is normal due to the materials used to make the flask flexible. Because this material is somewhat porous it can absorb elements that may be in tap drinking water and sports drinks’ ingredients. This is normal and is certainly not unhealthy or dangerous. We recommend using Bottle Bright and following their instructions to renew and restore.

When will my order be dispatched?


Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders received before 12pm on a business day are often dispatched the same day. Every order includes tracking, sent to you by email or SMS once it ships.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?


Standard shipping is $12.95, or free on orders over $120. Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Express is $16.95. Estimated delivery is 1 - 5 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas, including Tasmania and remote WA, can take longer.

Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Unused items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned for change of mind, with return postage at your cost. Note that opened nutrition, gels and electrolytes can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons. Full details are on our Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Contact us within 14 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply for major failures even after the 14 day window.

Can I collect my order instead?

Click and Collect is available in the Sydney area on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Email info@mileculture.com.au to arrange it.
