KODA Energy Gels are smooth consistency energy gels designed for training, racing and endurance activities.

Each 33ml gel provides 117 calories and uses maltodextrin as its primary carbohydrate source. The liquid gel format provides a compact and convenient source of carbohydrate that is easy to carry and consume during exercise.

KODA Energy Gels are available in 3 caffeinated and 5 non caffeinated flavours.

They are gluten free, dairy free and vegan.




Instructions

PRE-LOAD: Take 15 min before exercise.

FUEL: Take 1–2 gels per hour, every 30–40 min.

DAILY MAX: 10 serves.

CONTAINS CAFFEINE: If you are sensitive to caffeine, insure that you consume this gel in conjunction with con caffeinated gels

FAQ’S

When will my order be dispatched?


Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders received before 12pm on a business day are often dispatched the same day. Every order includes tracking, sent to you by email or SMS once it ships.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?


Standard shipping is $12.95, or free on orders over $120. Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Express is $16.95. Estimated delivery is 1 - 5 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas, including Tasmania and remote WA, can take longer.

International rates are calculated at checkout. Full details on our Shipping page.

Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Unused items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned for change of mind, with return postage at your cost. Note that opened nutrition, gels and electrolytes can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons. Full details are on our Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Contact us within 14 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply for major failures even after the 14 day window.

Can I collect my order instead?

Click and Collect is available in the Sydney area on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Email info@mileculture.com.au to arrange it.
