We dug up Carl the Flamingo’s Grandma’s grave to steal her “Special Gingerbread Recipe.”

What? Carl wouldn’t share it, or even say what it’s for. Anyway, great news. THE RECIPE WAS IN HER POCKET!!!

But bad news, the recipe was for “Cranberry Sauce Gingerbread Shrimpballs.” It sounded so gross we barfed all over the Pet Cemetery.

But it wasn’t a total loss. On the back, there was ANOTHER gingerbread recipe, for something that sounded SO. FLOCKING. AMAZING.

We made it. And we’ll share it with you. But if you ask us how to make it yourself, sorry…

When will my order be dispatched?


Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders received before 12pm on a business day are often dispatched the same day. Every order includes tracking, sent to you by email or SMS once it ships.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?


Standard shipping is $12.95, or free on orders over $120. Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Express is $16.95. Estimated delivery is 1 - 5 business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote areas, including Tasmania and remote WA, can take longer.

International rates are calculated at checkout. Full details on our Shipping page.

Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Unused items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned for change of mind, with return postage at your cost. Note that opened nutrition, gels and electrolytes can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons. Full details are on our Returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Contact us within 14 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply for major failures even after the 14 day window.

Can I collect my order instead?

Click and Collect is available in the Sydney area on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Email info@mileculture.com.au to arrange it.
